中药破壁饮片安全性研究进展及思考

Review and Reflections on Safety Research for Ultrafine Granular Powder of Herbal Medicine

本文初步总结了影响中药破壁饮片安全性的潜在风险因素,并对中药破壁饮片安全性研究的进展进行综述,就其存在的问题进行了思考及探讨,并提出破壁饮片安全性研究需要重点深入探索重复给药毒性、对胃肠道组织影响、不同剂量对肠道菌群影响的变化规律、安全性评价方法研究等关键要点,以期进一步推动破壁饮片安全性研究的深入开展。

In this paper, risk factors of the safety and latest overseas developments of the safety research for the Ultrafine Granular Powder of Herbal Medicine （ UGPHM ） was summarized. Some key points and suggestions about the safety research for the UGPHM were also proposed which need to focus on exploring： （1）Repeated administration research for the UGPHM ; （2）The research of impact of UGPHM on the gastrointestinal tract tissues ; （3）The variation of impact of UGPHM with different dosage on the intestinal flora; （4）The research on evaluation method for the satety of UGPHM, which could promote the developments of the safety research for the UGPHM.
