The evidence-base and feed-forward intervention for the plasma sterilization failure risk of cavity mirrors surgical instruments

摘要 目的 对连台腔镜手术器械等离子体灭菌失败风险进行循证及前馈干预,以保障手术安全,避免资源浪费. 方法 将我院连台手术所用腔镜器械低温灭菌质量作为研究科目,随机选取2014年7月至2014年10月使用等离子体灭菌器灭菌的200锅次为对照组,2014年11月至2015年2月采取基于循证的前馈控制方案使用同一灭菌器灭菌的200锅次为观察组,比较前后两组物理、化学、生物三大监测数据变化情况. 结果 观察组除生物监测指标全部合格外,其灭菌循环取消率和化学指示卡/标签变色未达标率两项指标均显著下降,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义( P〈0. 05 ). 结论 基于循证的前馈控制能提高全员规范依从性,有效规避腔镜手术器械低温等离子灭菌失败风险,提高灭菌合格率,确保快速灭菌质量. Objective To carry out the evidence-base and feed-forward intervention for the plasma steriliza-tion failure risk of cavity mirrors surgical instruments, so as to ensure the operation safety and avoid the waste of re-sources. Methods The cavity mirrors surgical instruments which sterilized by low temperature were taken as the re-search subject, then a total of 200-times sterilizations with the plasma sterilizer (from July 2014 to October 2014) were selected as control group , and 200-times sterilizations with the same sterilizer ( from November 2014 to February 2015 ) which based on evidence-based feed-forward control scheme were selected as observation group . The physical, chemi-cal and biological monitoring data of the two groups were compared. Results All the biological monitoring indicators of observation group were qualified;in addition, the cycle cancellation rate of sterilization and disqualified rate of chemical indicator card/label color were both dropped significantly, the differences had statistical significance compared with the control group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The feed-forward control based on evidence-based can improve the specifica-tion compliance of the whole people and avoid low-temperature plasma sterilization failure risk of cavity mirrors surgical instruments effectively. At the same time, it can improve the qualified rate of sterilization and ensure a rapid speed of sterilization.
