摘要
本文通过对医疗突发事件特点、形成与后果的分析,认为在医疗突发事件中,只要医者进行认真细致的有效沟通,就可以将把医疗纠纷化解在萌芽之中,避免更大冲突的发生和事态的进一步扩大.为此,提出6种医患沟通的方法,即缓冲法、转移法、反对法、旁证法、模糊法、顺从法.
This article, through the analysis of medical emergency characteristics, formation and the consequences, puts forward six effective methods for doctor-patient communication when the crisis happens between them and they are as follows: buffer, transfer, against, circumstantial evidence, the fuzzy method, and the deference method.They are effective in solving medical disputes in the bud, avoiding bigger conflict and further developing.
