摘要
目的 探索符合疾病预防控制工作和公共卫生事业发展需要的新型预防医学复合型人才培养模式和理论框架.方法 选取武汉地区预防医学专业高年级学生、近3年预防医学专业毕业生、高校教师和管理者、用人单位相关负责人及管理者作为调查对象,采用自行设计并经过小组讨论修正的问卷,从基本情况、预防医学复合型人才应当具备的能力、预防医学专业的重要程度、课程学时的合理性、改革措施的可行性等方面进行问卷调查.采用SAS 9.2统计软件进行统计分析,包括频数描述、R×C列联表卡方检验以及Wilcoxon秩和检验,本研究中均取α=0.05.结果 预防医学复合型人才是具备基础医学、临床医学、预防医学的相关知识以及实际运用能力,并满足该领域需求的高素质人才.现行培养模式中存在的问题主要有:预防医学专业学生专业思想稳定性不足;学生对预防医学专业及其发展的认知存在不一致性;课程学时和教学安排不合理;教学方法有待改进.高校应当整合学生、授课教师、辅导员以及用人单位多方力量,协调好预防医学专业学生、人才供应方和人才需求方的认知态度和意见建议,从各个方面加以改进,与预防医学复合型人才培养模式接轨.结论 预防医学复合型人才培养模式切实可行,高校需要从多方位改善人才培养的全过程.
Objective To explore training model and theoretical framework of new prevention medical compound talents in order to meet the need on disease control work and career development of public health.Methods Choose high grade students of preventive medicine, graduates in the last three years, teachers and management, stewards and management of employers in Wuhan.And use the selfdesigned questionnaires amended via the panel discussion to conduct a survey regarding base conditions, abilities which prevention medical compound talents should possess, important degrees of preventive medicine, rationalities of courses offered, feasibility of some reform measures.SAS 9.2 software is used to analyze data, including frequency description, R×C contingency table chi square test and Wilcoxon rank sum test with α =0.05.Results Compound talents of preventive medicine are high-quality personnel who have related knowledge and practical application ability of preclinical medicine, clinical medicine and prevention medicine, together with required comprehensive quality in this field.The main problems in current training model of preventive medicine students include: ① lack of professional ideological stability of preventive medical students;② inconsistency of cognition on preventive medicine and its development;③ irrationality of current curriculum setting and teaching arrangement;and ④ teaching method that need to be improved.Colleges should union the power of students, teachers and employers, and coordinate their acknowledgements and suggestions to solve the above issues so as to meet the training model of compound talents of prevention medicine.Conclusions Training model of compound talents of prevention medicine is feasible, and universities need to improve the whole process of personnel training from multi-aspects.
