新疆医科大学留学生医学伦理学教学的现状调查与分析

Survey and analysis on the education of medical ethics for foreign students in Xinjiang Medical University

目的 了解新疆医科大学留学生医学伦理学教学的基本情况、教学效果和存在问题,加强和改进留学生医学职业道德教育.方法 采用问卷调查方法,对新疆医科大学2009级临床医学专业107名留学生进行医学伦理学教学现状调查.使用Excel 2003和SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析.结果 ①在医学伦理学基本知识的认知方面,31.8％的留学生表示＂非常熟悉并且理解深刻＂现代医学伦理学的4项原则;②在学习医学伦理学的态度与感受方面,77.6％的留学生认为学习医学伦理学有必要,73.8％的留学生认为医学伦理学教育在医德培养中有积极作用;③在文化背景差异对留学生医学伦理学教育的影响方面,34.6％的留学生认为医学职业道德与宗教信仰和民族文化中的价值观念有关.结论 提高留学生医学伦理学基本理论的教学效果,必须丰富教学内容、改进教学方法;医学伦理学教育是提高留学生医学人文素养的重要途径,亟需加强;必须关注文化背景差异对留学生医学伦理学教学的影响.

Objectives To understand the impact of the medical ethics education to the foreign students in Xinjiang Medical University, and then to improve on the medical humanity education.Methods To choice 107 of 2009 grade foreign students after finished medical ethics course in Xinjiang Medical University.Enclosed questionnaire and depth interview were carried out.SPSS software package, Excel 2003 was used.Results The 31.8% of foreign students expressed to understand principles of medical ethics;35.5% of foreign students to remember the core conception in ＂The Hippocratic Oath＂;77.6% of foreign students to consider it necessary to have the medical ethics curriculum;73.8% of foreign students to think that the education of medical ethics can advance their qualities of morality;34.6% of foreign students regard the doctor＇ s virtue connected with their culture back ground and values.Conclusions To advance the way of teaching and enrich the content of medical ethics are the sticking point.The medical ethics education is the main method to achieve their morality needs.Attention should be paid to the diversity of culture of foreign sutdents which influences medical ethics education.
