医学统计学课程教学现状的调查与对策 被引量:7

The investigation and countermeasure of present teaching situation of medical statistics

摘要 目的 了解医学专业认证宏观背景下医学统计学课程教学现状,探讨提高教学效果的有效对策.方法 编制医学统计学课程教学现状调查问卷,采用随机分层抽样方法抽取某高等医学院校240名学生进行问卷调查;定性资料采用构成比和率进行描述,采用SPSS 17.0软件进行数据处理.结果 学生对于医学统计学课程的学习目的尚需端正,约有52%的学生因为考试要求而学习;课堂认真听讲时间不足;学习兴趣及主动性不够.教学内容、教学方式、考核方式等方面均存在不足之处.结论 教育主管部门应当下放权力,鼓励基层教学部门大胆创新和尝试;鼓励师生以专业认证为导向,主动参与医学统计学课程改革和实践.同时,应该进一步加强医学统计学课程重要性的宣传,提高学生认知,促进学生积极主动参与教学过程,在教学内容、教学模式、实验教学、考核方式方面需要继续加以完善. Objective The current study aims to survey the present situation and the demands of medical statistics and explore the teaching methods to improve the teaching effect.Methods The questionnaire of the present situation of Medical Statistics was designed, and the students of medical university were recruited by random stratified sampling methods.Ratio and rate were used to statistical descriptive was used to compare the qualitative data.All analyses were 2 tailed, with statistical significance determined by P〈0.05.SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze data.Results Learning objective of students should be corrected, there is about 52% of student learns the statistical for exam;the listening time is insufficient and the learning interest and initiative is not enough.There are still some shortcomings on the aspects such as teaching contents, teaching methods, and examining method.Conclusions Department of education should introduce the concrete measures of medical certification, should try to encourage primary teaching department to innovate the model of teaching.The publicity of medical professional certification should further deepen guiding the teachers and students involve it actively.At the same time the importance propaganda of medical statistics should be strengthen to improve students' cognition, so as to make students participate in teaching and learning process actively, on the aspects of teaching content, teaching model, experimental teaching, examination methods need to be perfected further.
