摘要
卓越医生教育计划作为医学人才培养的重要举措,它所倡导的人文素质教育是打造"卓越医生"的基础.本文着重分析了卓越医生人文情怀培养中传统的"技术至上"观念的误区及社会负能量的传播愈渐增多的问题;提出了着力建设师资队伍、加强对卓越医生人文品质的修养与磨砺、人文教育中应当摒弃功利主义的卓越医生人文情怀培养途径,将医学生培养成为人文化和社会化的卓越医生.
As an important measure in training medical talents, The Outstanding Doctor Cultivation Plan advocates humanistic quality education which is the foundation of cultivating "Outstanding Doctors".The article analyzes mainly the traditional misperception that "Only skills matter" in humanistic training of outstanding doctors and the increase of spreading negative energy in the society.Accordingly, it presents several solutions: to make efforts in faculty-building, to enhance the training and practice in humanistic qualities of outstanding doctors, to abandon in humanistic education utilitarian ways of cultivating humanistic qualities for outstanding doctors, so as to turn medical students to excellent doctors of humanity and socialization.
