摘要 本文对我国39所医学院校三年制临床医学专业人文课程体系的现状进行了分析,结果表明,人文课程设置较混乱、教学时数不均衡,普遍采用以学科为基础的课程模式.为此,应当根据学生对应职业岗位的需要,创新和重构人文课程体系,提高教师自身的人文素养,在专业教学中渗透人文教育,营造良好的校园人文氛围,注重社会实践和学生成绩评定,以期提高医学人才培养质量. The construction of curriculum system play a decisive role in the process of personnel training.The analysis to the statue of the humanistic curriculum system of three-years medicine speciality that among 39 medical colleges and universities indicates that the curriculum is muddled and teaching hours is not balanced, the discipline-based curriculum model is still widely adopted.According to the actual job requirements, colleges and universities should innovate and optimize the humanistic curriculum system, improve the teachers themselves' humanities morality, involved humanistic education into professional teaching and create a good cultural atmosphere on campus, attach importance to the social practice and student achievement assessment in order to improve the quality of medical talents training.
