摘要
大学生创新创业能力是目前高校人才培养的重点,是人才培养模式改革的趋势.在教育主管部门的大力推进下,许多高校开展了大学生创新创业训练计划.本文结合教育管理工作的实践过程,具体论述了高等医学院校大学生创新创业训练体系的建立与实践.
Students focus on innovation and entrepreneurship is currently the priority of university personnel training, and also the trend of training mode reform.Through vigorous promotion by education authorities, many colleges and universities have carried out innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students.Combined with the author management practice, this article specifically discusses the establishment and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship training system for medical college students.
