近年来,翻转课堂教学模式已经成为教育界的热门话题.本文在阐述翻转课堂的概念、特点和国内外教育实践的基础上,重点探讨了翻转课堂在医学英语教学中,培养学生学习的积极性和自主性、英语应用交流能力、批判性思维、创新精神、团队协作精神等方面的优势,分析了具体实施中所面临的挑战,以期为我国的医学英语教学改革提供借鉴.

In the recent years, flipped classroom mode has become the focus in the education filed.This paper introduced the concept and features of flipped classroom, and its applications in the school education at home and abroad, and pointed out the flipped classroom can contribute more in cultivating student＇ s learning autonomy, language communication ability, critical thinking, creative thinking and team-work spirit, compared with the traditional teaching method in medical English teaching.The paper also described the challenges in the implementation of the flipped classroom model in medical teaching.The paper offered an innovative way to reform medical English teaching.
