摘要
目的 评价医患沟通技能课程"大班讨论式"与"个人体验式"两种教学方法的效果,优化技能课程教学.方法 选择南京医科大学2010级492名学生为研究对象,将其分为两组,在医患沟通技能课程中分别采用"大班讨论式"和"个人体验式"教学方法,课程结束后进行问卷调查.结果 两组学生对各自教学方法均有浓厚兴趣,各自技能训练效果均显著,"个人体验式"教学效果略优于"大班讨论式"教学效果,两组学生对标准化病人和情景案例评价均较高.结论 应当积极推广使用标准化病人参与医患沟通技能训练,并将两种教学方法恰当整合使用,技能训练效果更好.培养学生医学人文能力,需要在经费投入、教学改革及技能训练体系等方面进行全面考量.
Objective To optimize and improve the course based on the evaluation of the effects of "large class discussion" and "personal experience", which are two doctor-patient communication skills teaching.Methods Selecting the students who have completed the " doctor-patient communication" course, using "large class discussion" and "personal experience" teaching method skills to communicate with patients respectively, completing assessment questionnaires at the end of the course.Results Students showed strong interests in these two methods.Both of the skill training obtained significant effects, and "personal experience" performed better.Two groups of students both speak highly of the standardized patients and scenarios.Conclusions Promoting the participation of Standardized Patients in doctor-patient communication skills training actively, and integrating the two skills teaching methods properly made the effect better.Medical humanities ability, as important as experimental ability, should be in cultivated seriously, with a comprehensive construction progressed on every aspect, such as financial support, teaching reform and skills training system.
