摘要
目的 探讨视频反馈教学方法在骨科学护理教学中的应用成效.方法 随机抽取2014年6月至2015年1月在武汉大学中南医院实习骨科学的武汉大学2011级四年制护理学专业46名学生为研究对象.将这些学生分为实验组和对照组,每组各23人;对照组采取常规的教学方法授课,实验组采取"操作并录像—反馈分析—操作"方法教学;两组学生的授课内容均为在骨科常用的轴线翻身护理操作.授课结束后,比较两组学生对轴线翻身操作的掌握程度以及实习演练该操作的表现.结果 实验组学生对轴线翻身护理操作的掌握程度和实习演练表现明显优于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 视频反馈教学方法应用于骨科学护理操作技能教学效果较好.
Objective To investigate effect of the video feedback teaching method on orthopedic clinical nursing education.Methods 46 nursing interns were randomly divided into control group(n =23)and the observation group(n=23).In the control group, nursing interns took conventional teaching method of delivery, in observation group, they took video feedback model of " operation and video-feedback analysis-operation".Teaching content was axis turning which was the common nursing operation in orthopedics.The performance of axis turning was compared between control group and observation group.Results The performance of master degree and internship drills on axis turning in observation group is significantly better than in the control group(P〈0.05).Conelusions Video feedback is a practicable and effective teaching method in the nursing education, it also implant teachers with new ideas.So video feedback is worthy of application in clinical nursing education in orthopedics.
