摘要
通过试验球磨机对神华喷吹煤中<6 mm和<13 mm两种粒度煤进行不同时间的磨煤试验,用振筛机对其进行粒度测试。试验结果表明:不同粒度的原料煤具有不同的磨煤特性,提高原料煤的粒度可降低磨煤细度。在磨煤的初始时间,磨碎程度与磨细程度大体相抵,磨细程度变化不大;当磨碎率达到90%以上时,<1 mm煤粉的细度显示增加的趋势。
Through the different duration coal grinding experiments for two kinds of size of Shenhua injection coal (〈6mm and 〈13mm respectively) using ball crusher, the size test was clone using vibrating screen machine. The experiment result showed that : different size of raw coal had different coal grinding characteristics, improving the size of raw coal could reduce the degree of fineness of coal grinding. At the initial of coal grinding, the grinding degree and degree of fineness was substantially offset, the degree of fineness did not change a lot; when the grinding degree reached above 90%, the degree of fineness of coal powder which was smaller than lmm showed an increasing tendency.
