煤自燃倾向性吸氧鉴定法中仪器常数测定方法的改进研究

摘要 介绍了煤自燃倾向性吸氧鉴定法的方法原理、仪器设备、测定条件、仪器标定、煤吸氧量测定步骤,结合GB/T 20104—2006《煤自燃倾向性色谱吸氧鉴定法》中仪器常数的测定方法,阐述了仪器常数测定方法的具体改进及结果对比分析,发现采用改进后的扣除死体积法测定仪器常数不仅能满足国标中规定的平均相对偏差要求,且能缩短仪器常数的测定时间及简化冗繁的操作步骤,可满足吸氧法中对脱附峰面积的准确度要求及提高检测检验效率。 This paper introduced the method principal, instrument and equipment, determination conditions, instrument calibration and determination steps of oxygen absorption amount of coal in identifying tendency of coal to spontaneous combustion by oxygen absorption, combining with determination method of instrumental constant in GB/T 20104--2006 Method for identifying tendency of coal to spontaneous combustion by oxygen absorption with chromatograph, the specific improvement of instrumental constant determination method and result comparison and analysis were demonstrated, it was discovered that using the deduction of dead volume method after improvement to determine the instrumental constant could not only meet the requirements of the average relative deviation in international standard, but also reduce the determination duration of instrumental constant and simplify the complex operation procedures, so the accuracy requirement of desorption peak area in oxygen absorption method could be met, and the test efficiency could be improved as well.
