摘要
本研究通过学生、教师、企业3个视角调查了应用技术型大学外贸英语专业学生对职业素养的需求情况,包括需要、愿望、欠缺3个需求类别。通过调查得到外贸英语专业学生对职业素养的需求情况,经过分析发现需求类别之间存在较大差异,被认为是最欠缺的职业素养不一定被认为是最需要的,被认为最需要的职业素养也不一定是被认为最希望得到提升的。此外,不同视角认为最重要的需求情况也不相同。研究结果对应用技术型大学外贸英语专业教学策略和教学方式方法的选择上有一定的参考意义。
This study investigates needs of students majoring in foreign trade English from the perspectives of students,teachers and companies in an applied technology-oriented university for professional qualities in terms of necessities,lacks and wants. Data about needs of the students for professional qualities is collected via a questionnaire and interviews of the subjects. Through an analysis,a finding is revealed,that is,there are big differences among necessities,lacks and wants,in other words,the professional qualities thought to be the most deficient are not necessarily the most needed while the most needed are not necessarily the most wanted.In addition,it can be seen from the analysis that the subjects hold widely differing views on which factor of professional qualities is the most important.The results of this study can be a reference for the selection of teaching and learning strategies as well as methods in applied technology-oriented universities.
