To Promote Teaching Reform with Technical Skill Contests

技能大赛既是全国参赛选手大展身手的舞台,也是兄弟院校师生信息交流的平台。通过参加技能大赛,可以充分展示参赛学生的创新能力及综合素质,同时也体现出专业教师的业务水平及实践操作技能。随着企业对技能人才规格要求的提高,技能大赛的形式和内容也随之改变,对参赛选手的操作技能要求也是越来越高。为了更好地适应新形势及职业院校自身的发展,学校要不断地调整教学的方式方法,不断进行教学改革。

Technical skill contests serve as a stage for national contestants to show their capabilities as well as a platform for brother colleges to exchange information. Through technical skill contests,students can fully show their creative ability and overall quality,and teachers＇ professional level and practical skills can be reflected as well. With the improvement of the standards of technical talents by corporations,the forms and contents of the contests are changing,the requirements for technical skills of contestants are getting higher and higher. In order to better adapt to the new situation and improve the development of vocational schools themselves,they should continually adjust their teaching methods to reinforce teaching reform.
