摘要
介绍245/70R17.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径788 mm,断面宽247 mm,行驶面宽度205 mm,行驶面弧度高8.5 mm,胎圈着合直径443.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度203.2 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.998 5,胎面采用块状花纹设计,花纹深度18 mm,花纹饱和度70.5%,花纹周节数50。施工设计:胎面采用胎面胶、基部胶和过渡胶三复合结构,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225+0.15HT高强度钢丝帘线,1~#和2~#带束层采用0.365+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3~#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用2层3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,采用三鼓一次法成型机成型、热板式定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均符合相关设计和标准要求。
The design on 245/70R17.5 truck and bus radial tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 788 mm, cross-sectional width 247 mm, width of running surface 205 mm, arc height of running surface 8.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 443.5 mm, bead width at rim seat 203.2 mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0. 998 5,block tread patterns,pattern depth 18 mm,block/total ratio 70.5%,and total number of pitches 50. In construction design, the following processes were taken: three layer extruded tread, 3 × 0.24/9 ×0.225 + 0. 15HT steel cord for carcass ply, 0. 365 + 6 ×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply, 3 × 4 × 0.22HE steel cord for 3^# belt ply,two plies of 3× 7 ×0.20HE steel cord for 0°belt ply; and using three-drum single stage building machine to build tires and hot curing press to cure tires. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that, the inflated peripheral dimension, strength, endurance and speed performance met the requirements of design and corresponding standards.
