摘要 介绍14.9—30 10PR R-1农业拖拉机驱动轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 390 mm,断面宽358 mm,行驶面宽度335 mm,行驶面弧度高30 mm,胎圈着和直径765 mm,胎圈着和宽度320 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)0.619,采用人字形花纹,花纹深度38 mm,花纹饱和度27.5%,花纹周节数21。施工设计:胎面采用两方四块结构,胎体采用4层1400dtex/2V_1锦纶6浸胶帘布,钢丝圈采用φ0.96 mm的19~#回火胎圈钢丝,采用半芯轮式成型机成型、硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相关设计和国家标准要求。 The design on 14.9-30 10PR agriculture tractor drive tire was described. In structure design, the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 390 mm,cross-sectional width 358 mm,width of running surface 335 ram,arc height of running surface 30 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 765 mm,bead width at rim seat 320 mm, maximum width position of cross-sectional (H1/H2) 0.619, chevron tread pattern, pattern depth 38 ram, block/total ratio 27.5%, and number of pattern pitch 21. In construction design, the following processes were taken:two-formula and four-piece tread, 4 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 nolyn 6 dipped cord for carcass ply, φ0.96 mm 19^# tempered wire for bead, and using semi-drum building machine to build tires and curing pot to cure tires. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical propeties reached the requirements of design and corresponding standards.
