Relative to the core periodicals in university journals,most of them are journals of colleges universities generally at the basic level. Statistical analyses show that the authors of general college and university journals are mostly young people. For editors,it is unusually heavy for them to deal with editing- modifying and processing manuscripts. The significance of the core periodicals lies in academic guiding and leading while the value of general journals of colleges and universities is to cultivate new authors,make a difference in rebuilding academic morality,undertake the responsibility in the academic field,and at the same time realize the sustainable development of its own.
