河南省聋人融合教育体系建设对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of the Deaf Person's Confluent Education System Construction in Henan Province

本文在分析国内外融合教育研究的基础上,为河南省聋人融合教育体系建设提供以下对策:明确与细化聋人融合教育的法律政策,增加对特殊教育的资金支持,加强普通教师的特殊教育知识和技能培训,推进融合教育师资建设,完善聋人融合教育的支持服务系统(即建设资源教室与推广手语),发挥聋人社区力量,增强其对聋人融合教育的参与和支持。

On the basis of analyzing the deaf person＇s confluent education at home and abroad,this paper provides the following countermeasures： clearing and refining the legal policy of the integration of deaf education,increasing the financial support for special education,improving the special education knowledge and skills training,promoting the integration of teachers,improving the service system for the deaf person＇s confluent education and exerting the power of the deaf community to enhance their participation and support for the integration of the deaf education.
