A Study of Internet Tourism Dispute Resolution Mechanism Based on the Internet Cases

随着在线旅游的发展,基于互联网的旅游纠纷频发并成为了旅游者与管理部门新的困扰。而《旅游法》中关于旅游纠纷处理部分的法定条例并未相应更新,针对互联网旅游产品的旅游纠纷解决机制的构建势在必行。文章以人民网旅游投诉平台的互联网旅游纠纷典型案例作为研究对象,总结分析该类纠纷现象产生的原因,并综合专家访谈意见,提出包括预防、保障、处理环节的互联网旅游纠纷解决机制有机体。

with the development of online travel,the tourists and management departments more focus on frequent tourism disputes in the Internet. The tourism dispute handling regulations,however,has not updated accordingly. It is obvious that construction of online tourism disputes resolution mechanism is imperative.Based on People＇s Daily Internet tourist complaints platform,the study regarded its the Internet tourism disputes representative cases as the research object,analyzed the causes of dispute phenomenon and combined with the expert interview. The research has put forward construction of Internet tourism dispute resolution mechanism,including prevention,security and proceeding.
