宏观经济面临通货紧缩压力的原因分析及应对政策

Analysis of Macro-economy Facing Deflation Pressures and Policy Suggestion

当前我国消费领域物价涨幅较低、生产领域价格持续下降,宏观经济总体面临通缩压力。需求相对不足、产能严重过剩、国际大宗商品价格大幅下降、前期货币政策相对偏紧、新的商业模式是当前物价下行压力加大的主要原因。对当前的通货紧缩风险应予以重视,采取价格改革、财政和货币、收入分配、刺激需求、化解过剩产能等相关政策加以应对。

At present, price shows low rising in consumption field and continuing decreasing in manufacture field. Macro-economy faces deflation pressure. Demand lacking, overcapacity, declining of international commodity price, premonetary policy tight and new business model is the main reasons of price decreasing. Deflation risk can not be taken lightly. We should respect the price reforming, fiscal and monetary policy, income distribution, related industries policy, demand stimulus policy to response deflation.
