摘要
应用低温清洗、预膜技术,对沧州大化废弃物处理配套1万t/a四亚甲基二胺(TDA)回收装置循环冷却水系统进行为期10天水清洗、化学清洗、预膜处理。采用GB/T25149-2010标准红点液检测。实验室模拟处理、检测碳钢材质试片,变色时间(56~150)s;施工现场检测塔池碳钢试片,变色时间25s。能满足生产企业冬季按时投运要求,取得满意效果。
To use the technology of low temperature cleaning pre - membrane to handle the circulating water system of 1 ~ 104 t/a recovery device of tetramethylene diamine(TDA)at Cangzhou Dahua with the measures of water flushing, chemical cleaning and pre - membrane for ten days. To use the red dot liquid according with the standard of GB/T 25149-2010 for detection. Through the detection of carbon steel hanging pieces after laboratory simulation processing, the time of discoloration was (56 150) s. And through the detection of carbon steel hanging pieces at tower pool of the construction site, the time of discoloration was 25s. So the technology could meet the requirement of putting into opera- tion in winter on time for production enterprise and make the satisfactory progress.
