无磷缓蚀阻垢剂在中韩(武汉)乙烯项目中的性能评价

Behaviour appraisement of non- phosphorus corrosion- scale inhibitor for Sino- Korea( Wuhan) ethylene project

针对循环水直排的要求,结合中韩(武汉)石化的水质实际情况,筛选出性能较好的WL-5000B无磷缓蚀阻垢剂。测定了药剂的固含量、总磷含量和p H等指标,考察了药剂的阻垢和缓蚀特性,并优化了循环水系统的运行条件。

The non -phosphorus corrosion - scale inhibitor is appraised in the second circulating water plant of the Wuhan Ethylene Project. According to the demand of direct - discharge for the circulating water,the WL- 5000B non -phosphorus corrosion -scale inhibitor is selected based on the supplement water quality. The properties such as solid content, total phosphorous content and pH are determined. The inhibition of scale and corrosion is investigated. The optimized condition for the circulating water operation is suggested.
