摘要
本刊讯记者孙继斌为建立健全符合司法规律的检察权力运行机制，完善人民检察院司法责任制，2015年9月28日，最高人民检察院下发了《板於完善人民检察院司法责任制的若干意见》，在健全司法办案组织及运行机制、界定检察人员职责权限的基础上，明确了检察官司法责任的范围、类型、认定和追究程序等主要问题。《意见》要求，检察人员在职责范围内对办案质量终身负责。
China Law Magazine, Reporter Sun Jibin In order to improve the operation mechanism of procuratorial power and perfect the accountability system of people＇s procuratorates, the Supreme People＇s Procuratorate issues the Several Opinions of the Supreme People＇s Procuratorate on Improving the Judicial Accountability System on September 28, 2015, to clarify the scope, type, confirmation and investigation of judicial accountability of procurators on the basis of improving the judicial organizations of handing cases and operation mechanism and defining the duty and authority of procurators. The Opinions requires that the procurator to be responsible for the quality of cases for their life time.
