摘要
法官和律师共同承担着维护当事人合法权益、维护法律正确实施、维护社会公平正义、推进法治建设的重要使命。剖析近年来发生的一些冤假错案，一个重要的原因就是律师的执业权利和辩护意见没有得到充分的尊重。因此，保障律师执业权利，其实就是保障案件的质量，维护司法的公正。各级法院应当充分认识《规定》的重大意义，在审判执行工作中，充分尊重律师，切实保障律师执业权利，并在法律规定的范围内为其执业提供便利条件。
Judges and lawyers jointly shoulder the important tasks of protecting tile legal rights and interests of parties to the lawsuit, making sure the application of the law, maintaining social fairness and justice and promoting the construction of law-based governance. In analyzing some misjudged cases which occurred in recent years, it is found out that lack of respect for lawyer＇s right to practice law and for their defenses and opinions is among the main reasons.
