香港的审裁处（Trilmnals）制度是一个富有特色的制度。作为曾经的英厉殖民地，香港移植了英国的审裁处制度，并沿用至今。除了专门法院性质的审裁处，其他审裁处可以进一步分为两类，一类是不具争议解决功能的审裁处；另一类是具有争议解决功能的审裁处，即行政审裁处（Administrative Tribunals）。市场火当行为审裁处朋於行政审裁处，而此类审裁处币址最有特色也最具比较和借鉴意义的审裁处类型，本文将以此为例进行论述。
Hong Kong Tribunal system is a distinctive system. As a former British colony, Hong Kong inherited the British tribunal system, and it is still in use. Apart from tribunals in the nature of specialized courts, other tribunals can be divided into two categories： one that does not resolve disputes; the other that resolves disputes, namely administrative tribunal. Market Misconduct Tribunal （hereinafter referred to as MMT or as the Tribunal） is an administrative tribunal, and such tribunal is the most characteristic tribunal that can be used as a model for reference. This article aims to illustrate this point with this type of tribunal as an example.
