9月25日，位于香港岛中环昃臣道8号、前身为立法会大楼的终审法院新大楼经过两午内部装修，正式启用。当天下午4时，终审法院新大楼举行启用典礼。国家首席大法官、最高人民法院院长周强，香港特区行政长官梁振英，中央政府驻港联络办公室主任张晓明，还有新阿兰、澳大利亚、加拿大、新加坡等地的首席大法官参加了当天典礼。
On September 25, the new building of Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal （Hong Kong CFA）, which is located on the 8th Jackson Road, Central Ring Hong Kong Island, formerly known as the Legislative Council Building, was officially opened after two years of interior decoration.
