麻醉与老年患者术后认知功能障碍的研究

The research of anaesthesia and postoperative cognitive dysfunction in old patients

摘要 目前为实施手术所采用的麻醉方法所导致老年患者术后认知功能障碍(POCD)已逐渐引起人们的重视。越来越多的证据表明麻醉可以导致或增加老年患者POCD的发生风险,麻醉是影响POCD发生的重要因素。
