摘要
本文从材料性能、模具间隙、模具的制造精度、模具刃口钝利情况等方面分析了对普通冲裁质量的影响,并提出了有针对性的解决措施,对提升冲压件的内外在质量,提高生产效率有一定的参考价值。
This paper analyzes the effect of material properties, mold gap, mold manufacturing precision, die cutting edge blunt, and puts forward some specific measures to improve the quality of stamping parts, improve the production efficiency of a certain reference value.
