摘要
目的:研究玉郎伞(YLS)水提取物对大、小鼠烫伤创面的治疗效果。方法:(1)选用SD大鼠制备大鼠深3度烫伤模型,然后用生理盐水(对照组)和YLS水提取物(高、中、低剂量组)治疗创面,观察创面愈合情况。(2)制备小鼠(100%二甲苯和1%角叉菜胶)致炎模型,了解YLS的镇痛、抗过敏、体外抑菌、抗炎及急性毒性作用。结果:(1)与对照组比较,YLS水提取物高、中、低剂量组对烫伤均有明显的治疗作用(均P<0.05),呈明显的剂量依赖性。(2)与对照组比较,YLS水提物有明显的抗炎、抗过敏、镇痛、体外抑菌作用(均P<0.05),急性毒性反应低,安全性好。结论:YLS水提取物治疗烫伤效果好,毒性低,值得临床开发应用。
Objective:To study the healing effect of Yulangsan aqueous extract (YLSAE) on scald wound in rats. Methods: (1) Deep three degree of scald wound was established in rats, then different concentration (high, medium and low dosage) of YLSAE was applied to the scald wound and the healing effects were observed. (2) Xylene and carrageenan-induced inflammation model was created in mice, then YLSAE was applied to the sites of inflammation to evaluate its pain releasing, anti-allergic, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory effects and acute toxicity. Results: (1) As compared with controls, different concentration of YLSAE has marked therapeutic effect on scald wound ( P〈0.05 for all), and it was dose dependent. (2) Remark- able anti-allergic, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and pain-releasing effects were observed in YSLAE ( P〈0.05 for all), with a low toxicity and reliable security. Conclusion: Yulangsan aqueous extract can effectively heal scald wound with low toxicity of which pharmacological value needs further investigation.
