摘要
目的:了解铜绿假单胞菌(PA)的来源分布及耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集2013年12月至2014年4月我院分离的175株PA,对其进行分离鉴定和药敏试验,分析PA来源分布及药敏结果。结果:175株PA主要来自重症监护病房45株(25.7%)和烧伤整形外科31株(17.7%),以痰及肺泡灌洗液的分离率最高,为52%。结论:PA对多种抗菌药物呈不同程度耐药,建议加强耐药监测,合理选用抗菌药物。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa, so as to provide reference for selection of antibacterial drugs. Methods: Collected all pseudo-monas aeruginosa strains isolated in our hospital from December 2013 to April 2014. Performed isolation, identification and drug sensitive test. Analyzed the characteristics of distribution and drug resistance. Resuits: Pseudomonas aeruginosa were mainly from the intensive care unit (25.7%) and the department of burn and plastic surgery (17.7%). The majority of the pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were isolated from the sputum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (52%). Conclusion: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common pathogen that can cause nosocomial respiratory tract infection, showing varying degrees of antimicrobial resistance to antimicrobial drugs. To strengthen the dynamic monitoring of drug resistance and rational use of antimicrobial drugs is significant for prevention and treatment of pseudomonas aeruginosa infections.
