煤矿采空对地下隧洞的影响评价与防治对策——以新安引畛济涧工程为例

摘要 本文以新安引畛济涧工程为例,就煤矿采空区对地下隧洞的影响如何进行评价,在设计过程中如何采取应对措施作一简单介绍,供类似工程参考与借鉴。该隧洞经过了老采空区、现采空区和未来采空区等三种采空区,其中老采空区可能引起隧洞施工过程中塌方、突水、底板塌陷等问题;现采空区、未来采空区经计算最大下沉、水平位移、最大倾斜值和最大曲率均已超出允许变形值,需对隧洞采取相应的处理措施。经综合比较,本工程选择了加大隧洞设计尺寸的方案,并对经过采空区的洞段进行了全断面衬砌设计,取得了较好的效果。 In this paper,taken the Yinzhenjijian project( water in Zhen River to Jian River) in Xin'an as an example,evaluation and the countermeasures about the impact of coal mined-out areas to underground tunnels will be briefly introduced,and reference for similar projects will be offered. The tunnel goes through three types of goafs,including old goaf,present goaf and future goaf,among which the old one may cause landslides,water inrush, floor collapse and other problems; if the maximum subsidence, horizontal displacement,the maximum value of the tilt and maximum curvature have exceed the allowable deformation values,appropriate action need to be taken in order to avoid geological disasters. After comprehensive comparison,we selected a reasonable solution which is to increase the size of the tunnel. By adapting the whole section lining design,we successfully solve the problem of the goaf.
