血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶与2型糖尿病周围神经病变相关性分析

Correlation Analysis Between Serumγ-glutamyl Transferase Concentration and Diabetic Peripheral Neumpathy in Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GGT)与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法随机选择2014年1月至2014年12月于我科住院的2型糖尿病患者103例,根据患者有无周围神经损害将患者分为有周围神经病变组(DPN组)和无周围神经病变组(无DPN组),其中DPN组患者53例,平均年龄(55.7±11.3)岁,无DPN组患者0例,平均年龄(53.5±14.4)岁。检测其病程、BMI、住院天数、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-GGT、肌酐(Cr)、尿素(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平。样本均数比较采用t检验,多因素logistic回归分析DPN的危险因素。结果与无DPN组相比,DPN组患者GGT水平高于无DPN组患者,差异有统计学意义;而且DPN患者住院天数明显高于无DPN组。结论 2型糖尿病合并周围神经病变的患者,其血清GGT水平明显升高,考虑两者之间存在着一定的相关性,考虑高GGT可能是周围神经病变的可能危险因素;而且DPN患者住院天数明显长于无DPN患者,因此,认为合并DPN者将会大大增加医疗费用。 Objective To explore the relationship between serumγ-glutamyl transferase(γ-GGT)and diabetic peripheral neumpathy(DPN)in Type 2 diabetes patients.Methods Randomly in our hospital in recent one year time of diagnosis and treatment of 103 cases of Type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups,one group is DPN(53 patients),another is non-DPN(50 patients),course of disease,body mass index(BMI),hospital day,fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HBA1C),γ-glutamyl transferase,other liver function,renal function,blood lipid were detected in alI patients.T test and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factors of DPN.Results The concentration of serumγ-GGT was significant higher in DPN patients than the non-DPN patients(P〈0.05),and the hospital day was significantly higher in DPN patients than in non-DPN group(P〈0.05).Conclusion It demonstrates that higher level of serum GGT has important clinical illustrations in the Type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy,and there was a certain correlation between them,considering the high GGT may be the risk factors of peripheral neuropathy;And the length of hospital stay was significantly longer than that of patients without DPN,so that the DPN patients will greatly increase the medical expenses.
