改良式间接粘接技术在PIM直丝弓矫治中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察比较正畸固定矫治中托槽间接粘结的效果。方法选择需要正畸治疗患者30例,共计598个托槽。随机分为两组,直接粘接组(A组)15例298个托槽和间接粘接组(B组)15例300个托槽,分别采用不同方法进行托槽粘接。并对两组的托槽脱落率进行统计分析。结果直接粘接组(A组)的脱落率8.05%,而间接粘接组(B组)脱落率为3.33%,两者差异具有统计学意义。结论改良式间接法粘接技术是临床上值得推广的一种托槽粘接方法。
