摘要
目的:了解新医改背景下公立医院公益性的满意度现状,为医院的管理及决策提供一定的科学参考。方法:在济宁地区选取两所具有代表性的三级甲等综合医院,就患者及家属、医务人员对公立医院公益性满意度的一般情况进行问卷调查,应用统计软件SPSS 22.0对回收的数据进行统计处理分析。结果:患者及家属对医院的公益性总体满意度评分为3.87分(3.87±0.22);医务人员对医院的总体满意度评分为3.37分(3.37±0.34)。患者及家属对公立医院公益性的满意度高于医务人员(P<0.05)。其中患者及家属最不满意的是诊疗费用,而医务人员最不满意的是医患关系。结论:新医改背景下,济宁市公立医院的公益性改革取得了一定的成效,但公益性满意度仍有待提高,公益性改革需继续推进和进一步加强。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction with public welfare of public hospitals under the circumstances of the new medical reform and to provide scientific references for the management and decision making of hospitals.Methods We selected two representative Grade III Class A hospitals of Jining(the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College and the First People's Hospital of Jining City),conducted a questionnaire survey on the patients and their family members and hospital staff about their satisfaction with public welfare of public hospitals,using the statistical software of SPSS 22.0to analyze the data.Results The overall satisfaction score of patients and their family members in these two public hospitals was(3.87±0.22),higher than that of hospital staff(3.37±0.34)(P<0.05).Patients and their family members were mostly dissatisfied with medical costs,while the medical staff were mostly dissatisfied with the doctor-patient relationship.Conclusions The overall satisfaction of patients and their family members in these two public hospitals was relatively higher,yet the overall satisfaction of medical staff in these two public hospitals was relatively lower.Therefore,the satisfaction with public welfare of the public hospitals in Jining City is still to be improved.
