The performance promotion strategies of reproductive health in the context of the full implementation of the two--children policy were discussed in the paper, which included to strengthen the dominant role of the government in health financing, to promote the equalization of reproductive health services, to improve the optimal allocation of health and family planning resources,to strengthen the construction of the three--grade prevention of birth defects and governance mechanism of the sex ratios of infants,and to enhance the safeguard mechanism of maternal--baby safety.
