摘要
本文选用常用的几种混凝土引气剂,测试了其对混凝土含气量及经时损失、坍落度和28d抗压强度的影响。研究表明:在一定范围内,随着所选用引气剂掺量的增加,混凝土含气量逐渐增大,含气量经时损失也逐渐增大;混凝土坍落度逐渐增大,坍落度损失以掺加十二烷基苯磺酸钠损失较大,掺加松香热聚物损失最小;混凝土28d抗压强度逐渐降低,含气量每增加1%,混凝土28d抗压强度降低约7%。
In the paper, several common concrete air-entraining agents are selected. Its influence on concrete air content, time lossing, slump and 28-day compressive strength is tested. Research shows the concrete air content is gradually increased with the increase of selected air-entraining agent proportion within certain scope. The time lossing of air content is also gradually increased. Concrete slump is gradually increased. Slump toss is larger when sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonic is mixed, and the loss is the lowest when rosin pyrolytic polymer is added. The concrete 28-day compressive strength is gradually reduced. When the air content is increased by each 1%, concrete 28-day compressive strength is lowered by about 7%.
