区域中职教育资源配置效率的时空分异研究——以西部A省为例

Research on Temporal and Regional Differentiation of Resource Allocation Efficiency in Secondary Vocational Education:Taking Province A as an Example

本研究运用DEA-Malmquist指数方法,对A省32个县(区)的中职教育资源配置效率进行测算,运用空间自相关分析法对资源配置效率的空间关联性进行验证,从时间和空间两个维度综合分析了该省配置效率状况。研究发现,2008-2013年A省中职教育资源配置效率呈现出"先大幅上升,后小幅下降"的变化趋势,技术进步是促进资源配置效率增长的主要原因;资源配置效率的正向空间溢出效应逐渐增强。研究建议应重点打造区域示范性中职教育集群,充分发挥其辐射带动作用,引领全域中职教育高效发展。

This paper measures, through applying DEA-Malmquist, the resource allocation efficiency, using spatial autocorrelation to test the spatial association of allocation efficiency in vocational education and the current situation of the efficiency of resource allocation in the Province A through the dimensions of time and space. The study found that the resource allocation efficiency in vocational education displays a surge before a slight decline trend. Technological progress is the main reason for the growth of the allocation efficiency of vocational education resources. The positive spatial spillover effects of allocation efficiency in vocational education gradually increased. It is suggested that models of second vocational education should be paid attention to and set as a good example to promote the development of second vocational education.
