灯盏细辛注射液联合西药常规治疗瘀证型高血压病的临床疗效及安全性分析

The Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Fleabane Injection Combined with Conventional Medicine in Treatment of Stasis Hypertension

目的研究灯盏细辛注射液联合西药常规治疗瘀证型高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2013年2月—2014年2月本院收治的瘀证型高血压患者110例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组55例,研究组给予灯盏细辛注射液联合西药常规治疗,对照组给予西药常规治疗,比较2组治疗前后血压值、瘀证积分、临床症状积分和血液流变学指标、不良反应。结果治疗后,研究组收缩压、舒张压均显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.024、0.031);研究组血瘀证积分和临床症状积分均显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.027、0.032);研究组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容以及红细胞聚集指数均显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.024、0.026、0.033、0.036);2组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.083)。结论灯盏细辛注射液联合西药常规治疗具有较好的降压效果,能显著改善患者的瘀证积分和临床症状积分,改善患者的血液流变学指标。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of fleabane injection combined with conventional medicine in treatment of stasis hypertension.Methods 110 cases with stasis hypertension were selected from our hospital during the period from February 2013 to February 2014.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to a random number table,55 cases in each group.The patients of the study group were given fleabane injection combined with conventional medicine,and the patients of the control group were treated with conventional medicine.Blood pressure,blood stasis integration,clinical symptom,hemorheology,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure of the study group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P=0.024,0.031）;the stasis score and clinical symptom score of the study group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P=0.027,0.032）;the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,and red blood cell aggregation index of the study group after treatment were significantly better than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P=0.024,0.026,0.033,0.036）;the adverse reaction between the two groups was not statistically significant（P=0.083）.Conclusion Fleabane injection combined with conventional western medicine had a better antihypertensive effect,can significantly improve the patient＇s blood stasis integration and clinical symptom score,improve the patient＇s blood rheology index.
