摘要
现代大学的一个基本原则就是坚持教授治校,高水平的教授队伍对高校自身的持续性发展具有无可辩驳的重要性。但高水平教授队伍的建设需要一整套严密的管理体制,它为教授的职业发展提供重要保障。通过介绍美国教授管理体制,对于我国建设教授管理体制具有启示作用。
One of the basic principles of modern college is to insist on Professors＇ Management. Having a good professor team at colleges and universities has indisputable importance of sustainable development. But to construct such team demands a set of strict management system. It provides important guarantee for the professional development of professors. Introducing management system of professors in America will enlighten the management system of professors in our country.
