六盘水师范学院图书馆建设学科馆员制度的探索与实践

Study on the the Exploration and Practice of Subject Librarian System For LIUPANSHUI NORMAI UNIVERSITY LIBRARY

为特定的读者群体量身定做特定的信息的学科馆员制度已成为六盘水师范学院图书馆服务师生的首选制度。通过一年有余的实践与探索,初步取得了进一步紧密联系各教学系、提高馆藏文献资源利用率、增强师生检索利用文献的能力和学科馆员自身素质的成绩,同时也存在工作开展无序、规定任务未完成、服务质量不够高等问题。在今后的工作中应该细化规章制度、针对性地提升馆员素质、发挥头脑风暴等方式逐渐完善丰富这一制度,做到工作规范化、有活力、有效力。

The subject librarian system which provide much help for teaching and scientific research is thebest way for LIUPANSHUI NORMAI UNIVERSITY LIBRARY.After one year＇s paictice,there is somethinguseful for us.For example,it is more effective for teachers and students,but it has some problems,so the explora-tion and practice of subject librarian system for LIUPANSHUI NORMAI UNIVERSITY LIBRARY will find outan effective way of establishment of subject librarian system.
