整合素β1在声带息肉中的表达及相关性研究

摘要 目的通过检测整合素β1在声带息肉及正常声带组织中的表达及分布情况,探讨整合素β1在声带息肉发生、发展过程中的作用,进一步研究声带息肉的发病机理,为临床防治该疾病提供可靠的理论依据。方法选取经病理确诊,且排除其他声带病变的声带息肉患者标本35例为实验组;同期选取正常声带组织标本11例作为对照组。所有标本经HE染色后,进行MaxVision^(TM)免疫组织化学染色,并行计算机图像定量分析。然后运用SPSS 17.0统计软件对实验组和对照组各数据进行分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果整合素β1在声带息肉组织中的炎性细胞、血管内皮细胞及成纤维细胞中表达明显,在正常声带组织中表达较弱。声带息肉组整合素β1阳性单位均值(35.5551±3.8483)高于正常声带组(21.1969±3.5849),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整合素β1在声带息肉中高表达表明它可能与声带息肉的发生、发展有密切的关系。 Objective To explore the role of Integrin-β1 in the development of vocal cord polyps, and to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods 35 specimens of pathologicallyconfirmed vocal cord polyps without other lesions were selected as experimental group and 11 of normal vocal cord tissues were selected as control group. All specimens were stained by HE and then detected with MaxVisionTM immunohistochemical method. Computer image quantitative analysis was performed and the data were analyzed with statistical analysis software SPSS 17.0. Results Integrin-β1 was expressed strongly in inflammatory cells, vascular endothelial cells, fibroblasts of vocal cord polyps and weakly in normal vocal cord tissues. The average positive unit in vocal cord polyp (35. 5551 ±3. 8483 )was higher than that in normal vocal cord tissue (21. 1969 ± 3. 5849) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Integrin-β1 is highly expressed in vocal cord polyps, which indicates that it may be closely related to the occurrence and development of vocal cord polyps.
