心力衰竭治疗的新策略：血管紧张素受体脑啡肽酶双重抑制剂 被引量：4

摘要 心力衰竭（心衰）是由于心脏结构或功能异常导致心室充盈或射血能力受损的一组复杂临床综合征.全世界约有2 300多万心衰患者,在我国35～74岁成年人中,心衰患者超过400万[1-2].据统计美国在过去40年中,由于心衰引起的死亡增加了6倍,并且发病率仍持续增加[3],可见心衰已经成为21世纪重要的公共卫生问题.
