营养评价对于慢性心力衰竭患者的临床意义 被引量:17

摘要 慢性心力衰竭(心衰)是各种心脏病的严重阶段,即使优化综合治疗,患者的预后仍旧很差,5年存活率与恶性肿瘤相当[1].近年来研究发现营养不良为心衰患者不良临床结局的独立预测因子,并且是恶病质发生发展的关键环节,一旦进入恶病质阶段,疾病进程不可逆转,干预效果差,因此早期确定心衰患者的营养状况,进行营养干预,或成为改善预后的重要研究方向[2].但迄今为止,可以利用的心衰营养管理信息非常有限,特别是营养评价方面的权威推荐几乎空白.本文就心衰患者的营养评价及其预后预测性作一综述.
