摘要
目的:观察益气养阴消癥通络法治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合条件的糖尿病肾病患者82例,随机分为两组,均采用常规糖尿病基础治疗,观察组和对照组,分别于治疗前、治疗6个月后,观察两组中医临床表现、体征和有关实验室指标的变化。结果:中医单项症状、体征改善总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组可以降低早期DN患者血糖、血脂,改善肾功能,减轻尿蛋白,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气养阴消癥通络法对糖尿病肾病有较好的治疗效果。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo therapy in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy（ DN） clinical curative effect. Methods： 82 cases of patients with early stage diabetic nephropathy were randomly assigned into observation group and control group. The basic treatment of the two groups are basically the same. After 6 months of treatment,Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory indicators were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The symptom,signs and the total efficiency of observation group are better than these of control group（ P 0. 05）.Blood glucose,blood lipids,renal function and urine protein had no statistically significant between observation group and control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Xiaozheng Tongluo therapy has a good effect on diabetic nephropathy for treatment of early DN.
