摘要
目的:观察玉泉丸对2型糖尿病肾病患者内皮细胞功能的影响。方法:将80例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组及治疗组各40例,治疗组在基础治疗同时口服玉泉丸方水煎剂,两组均治疗2个月,观察两组治疗前后尿微量白蛋白(m Alb)、24 h尿总蛋白(24 h UmTP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)等的变化。结果:治疗组mAlb、24 h UmTP、ET明显下降,NO明显升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉泉丸能明显降低2型糖尿病肾病患者mAlb、24 h Um TP、ET水平,升高NO水平,具有减少尿蛋白,保护内皮细胞功能的作用。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Yuquanwan on endothelial cell of protective effect of type 2 diabetic kidney disease（ DKD）. Methods： 80 DKD patients were randomly assigned into two groups： comparison group（ 40 cases） and treatment group（ 32 cases）. Both groups were treated by basic treatment means. In addition,treatment group were treated by Yuquanwan,Bid.Both treatment period were two months. Urine microalbumin（ mAlb） 、24 h urine M- TP（ 24 h UmTP） 、glycosylated hemoglobin A1c（ Hb A1c） 、nitrogen monoxidum（ NO） 、Endothelin（ ET） were assessed before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,mAlb、24 h UmTP、ET levels of both groups decrease and ET levels increase evidently compared before treatment（ P 0. 05,P 0. 01）.There is a significant defference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Yuquanwan can decrease mA1b、24 h UmTP、ET levels and increase ET levels of DKD evidently,can decrease urine albumen,and have a protective effect on endothelial cell of DKD.
