新型柠檬酸碳酸氢盐透析液的研究进展

摘要 柠檬酸又名枸橼酸(citric acid),是一种生理性的酸。柠檬酸碳酸氢盐透析液是一种新型透析浓缩液,即传统碳酸氢盐透析液中用于调节透析液p H、防止其中钙镁沉积的醋酸被柠檬酸全部或大部分替代,不含或仅含极微量的醋酸。现就此新型透析液在血液净化中的研究进展做一综述。1柠檬酸碳酸氢盐透析液抗凝疗效及透析效率肝素是血液透析(HD)中应用最广泛的抗凝剂,长期使用会产生诸如出血、血小板减少等副作用,
