补肾排毒颗粒对维持性血透患者微炎症状态及贫血影响

Effeet of Bushen Paidu Granules in Micro- inflammation and Renal Anemia for the Patients with Maintained Hemodialysis

目的:探讨补肾排毒颗粒对维持性血透患者微炎症及贫血的影响。方法:选择在我科透析3个月以上的维持性血透患者90例,随机分为3组,常规透析组30例,补肾排毒颗粒组30例,立普妥组30例;健康对照组20例。透析组分别于服药前、服药4、8、12周后透析前空腹采血,测定超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(Hct),以r-Hu EPO的用量(IU·kg-1·周)与Hct的比值(EPO/Hct)作为EPO反应性的指标。结果:各透析组治疗前均存在明显的炎症;治疗8周,补肾排毒颗粒组hs-CRP水平(P<0.05)及EPO/Hct比值(P<0.01)明显下降,治疗12周,补肾排毒颗粒组hs-CRP水平、EPO/Hct比值下降更明显,Hb水平明显升高,与立普妥相比,有显著疗效(P<0.01)。结论:补肾排毒颗粒可以明显改善维持性血透患者的微炎症状态,减少EPO用量,改善贫血,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Bushen Paidu Granules in micro- inflammatory state and anemia for the patients with maintained hemodialysis（ MHD）. Methods： 90 MHD patients over 3 months in our Department were randomized into three groups： conventional hemodialysis group（ 30 cases）,bushen paidu granules group（ 30 cases） and Liptor group（ 30 cases）;control group（ 20 cases）. The fasting blood was collected before medication and 4,8 and 12 weeks of medication. To detect the levels of hyper- sensitive C reactive protein（ hs- CRP） 、Hemoglobin（ Hb） 、hematocrit（ Hct）. The ratio of r- Hu EPO IU / kg / week to Hct（ EPO / Hct） was used as the parameter for the responsiveness to r- Hu EPO. Results： The apparent inflammation was presented In hemodialysis group. In 8 weeks,the levels of hs- CRP（ P 0. 05） and the ratio of EPO / Hct（ P 0. 01） decreased obviously in bushen paidugranules group; In 12 weeks,Patients in bushen paidu granules group showed lower hs- CRP and EPO / Hct ratio,but higher Hb,as compared with Liptor group（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion： Bushen Paidu Granules can apparently decrease the levels of hs- CRP and the EPO / Hct ratio for MHD patients,improve anemia. It has better clinical application value.
