艾滋病病毒阳性透析者的管理 被引量：1

摘要 肾脏疾病是艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染的一个重要并发症,HIV相关肾病经典的病理类型是塌陷型局灶阶段肾小球硬化。HIV相关肾病也是HIV感染个体出现终末期肾病（ESRD）并行血液透析治疗最常见的原因~[1]。随着预后改善及人口老龄化,HIV感染患者由于合并高血压、糖尿病等疾病,增加了诱发肾脏疾病的风险,导致的结果是HIV感染合并ESRD需要透析患者的增加~[2]。下面谈谈如何有效管理HIV阳性透析者,
